1. Overview
Welcome to KUKUPet. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at kukupet.shop (the “Site”) and any related products, services, or content we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by KUKU LOVE LLC, doing business as KUKUPet (“KUKUPet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By visiting the Site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site or the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or place an order with us.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

- all information you provide to us is accurate and complete; and
- your use of the Site and Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

We strive to display our products, descriptions, colours, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site will always be complete, current, or error-free.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing error, inventory error, or a violation of these Terms.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order before shipment for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice, except that such changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
We accept payment methods made available at checkout, including Shopify Payments and any other listed payment options. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
If payment cannot be successfully processed, we may refuse or cancel your order.
6. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law and displayed at checkout when applicable.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United States and to selected international destinations made available at checkout.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by us in writing.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and related fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated on the Site or otherwise promised to you, we may notify you of the delay and provide an opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel your order, as required by applicable law.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided in your order.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Items
We currently accept returns on eligible U.S. orders only within 14 days after delivery. We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- in original condition; and
- returned with original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or incorrect upon arrival:
- customized or personalized items; and
- limited edition or final sale items, where clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
All return, exchange, and final sale terms are subject to applicable law and will be disclosed on the Site.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, product names, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to KUKUPet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, apps, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
Your use of third-party websites or services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
11. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, testimonials, or other content to us or through the Site (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, edit, and distribute that User Content in connection with our business, marketing, and operation of the Site.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or control the rights to the User Content;
- the User Content does not infringe any third-party rights; and
- the User Content is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
We may remove or refuse User Content at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KUKUPet and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, Services, or products purchased through the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, Services, or any product purchased from us shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KUKUPet, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

- your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
