KUKUPet– Return & Refund Policy

At KUKUPet, we hope you love your order. If something is not right, we currently accept eligible returns on U.S. orders only within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in its original condition
- returned with the original tag attached
To protect product quality and hygiene, we do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or alteration. We also do not accept returns for any item returned without its original tags attached.
2. Return Window
Return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery of your order.
Returns requested after this window may not be accepted.
3. U.S. Returns Only
We currently accept returns for U.S. orders only.
At this time, we do not accept international returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- or incorrect
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before sending anything back so we can review the issue and assist you.
5. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
This may include:
- limited edition pieces
- seasonal pieces
- and any product clearly marked as Final Sale on the product page
If an item is final sale, that will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kukupet.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or unless otherwise required by law.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- worn items
- used items
- washed items
- altered items
- items returned without original tags attached
- final sale items
- international orders, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
9. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email info@kukupet.co with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you would like to return
- the reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.
10. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, we recommend placing a new order separately.
11. Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order has been placed.
