Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped according to the delivery option selected at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown before you complete your purchase, based on your destination.
US standard delivery (3-7 business days)
Free delivery is available for order values of $75 or more, in the US only.
$8.90 for orders under $75.
$16.90 for Express Shipping.
Orders will be delivered Monday-Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays)You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in the US only. We do not currently accept international returns. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with the original tag attached. To protect quality and hygiene, worn pieces cannot be accepted.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.Certain limited edition or seasonal pieces may be final sale. KUKUPet pieces are thoughtfully designed for small dog proportions, with comfort and movement in mind.To choose the best fit, please refer to the size chart on each product page.If your dog falls between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for ease of movement. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help guide you to the right fit.

Each product page includes a sizing guide. For the Camille Collar, measure around your dog’s neck where the collar naturally rests and compare this with the size chart. If your dog falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
At this time we process returns rather than direct exchanges. Once your return is received, you’re welcome to place a new order for the preferred size or style.
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for it to be inspected and processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Unfortunately, no — we do not currently accept international returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges can be only done within the U.S.
Most pieces are designed to be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. Always refer to the care instructions on the individual product page for the most accurate guidance.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
